LAND ACQUISITION CRITERIA
- Land Parcels located within the limits of the Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) defined by respective planning authority.
- Average Property Size: 5-50 acres
- Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Pune are primary target markets.
- Ideal locations with proper zoning, approach roads, water resource and upcoming residential and commercial development.
